About Us
Located in Erie Pennsylvania, we are in the heart of steelhead alley. With world famous Elk Creek and others nearby, we spend plenty of time on the water, and know what you need to catch fish here and elsewhere. Come by and check out the shop. We always have coffee on in the winter so you can warm up, stock up, and get back on the water!

Jt Davis moved to the Erie area in 2003, and has been taking advantage of the year round fishing since! Jt is a board member of the Pa Steelhead Association, a TU member and guide. He is pictured here with a brown trout he pulled from the Allegheny River.
Don Tammaro is a lifelong Erie resident and has been fly fishing for a long time! He has traveled extensively, and goes to Colorado almost every year to show rocky mountain trout how we do it back east. Don is a Trout Unlimited member and licensed fishing guide. Don is shown here with a monster striper he caught off of New Jersey.
 Steve Brugger is the shop owner, and a fishing guide since 98'. He has fished all over, including the Keys, Iceland, Argentina, Chile, the Bahamas, the Cayman's, the Gaspe region, Belieze and all over the States. He is an Orvis Endorsed fishing guide, and holds a USCG Masters Captains license. In the springs he skippers a 180 Dauntless Boston Whaler to chase smallies.
 Sage Anne is the shop mascot, and she excels at stealing the try on socks. She is also fantastic at getting our customers to feed her pretzels. Don't be surprised if you see her run up to greet you at the shop. In our humble opinion, best fly shop dog ever. We know, its a bold statement, but we will stick by it.
