So, you have heard that Erie is called Steelhead Alley. You have seen it in the magazines, on the internet, and your buddies pictures. Now come and do it for yourself!
We will be taking you to less pressured areas of the creeks and putting you onto as many fish as we can! We will take care of equipment, flies, snacks, beverages and
lunch. All you need to do is show up with waders and a Pennsylvania fishing license. Want to fish a particular stretch or creek? No problem, we will do our best to
get you on the water you want. Guided waters include Elk Creek, 20 Mile Creek, Upper Walnut Creek, the Ashtabula, the Conneaut, the Catt and a few other sleepers.
Don't have waders? The shop rents Simms waders and boots for $25.00 per day. We recommend booking in advance, as steelhead dates can fill up quickly.

Smallmouth Boat Fishing

Join us on Presque Isle Bay for guided fly fishing for smallmouth bass. This hard fighting fish is a blast to take on the fly. We approach them by sight fishing whenever possible
and targeting them in 2-6 feet of water. We provide drinks and snacks, rods and flies for your use. You will be fishing out of a 18 foot Boston Whaler Dauntless. All you need
is a Pennsylvania fishing license. The prime time for smallmouth on the bay is May-late June.

Erie has the most visited state park in Pennsylvania, Presque Isle State Park. It offers some spectacular fishing opportunities for the visiting angler. From May to July the
smallmouth move in to the shallow waters just off of the park. We will take you out and get you set up on the fish, and provide you with the flies and equipment to get the job done.
Full day trips include lunch and beverages. 1/2 day trips include snacks and beverages. All you need are waders and your Pennsylvania fishing license. If you don't have waders,
the shop rents Simms for $25.00 a day.

Drift Boat Fishing

If you have never fished from a drift boat, you really have to rectify that! Join us on the Clarion or the Allegheny for big browns and rainbows! The Clarion is one of my personal favorite
trips anywhere, and you never know what you might catch! The Clarion is loaded with BIG, WILD, HUNGRY brown trout. The Allegheny can provide a jumpstart to your heart with
huge rainbows and browns. The Allegheny is one of the few stretches of water that can be fished into late summer. The Clarion is floated from Johnsonburg, and the Allegheny is floated from
just below the dam. We provide lunch, beverages, rods and flies. You bring your waders and fishing license. Again, if you need waders, they are available for rent at the shop for $25.00 a day.

We offer trips to inland trout streams like Oil Creek and others as well. Looking to go beyond your backyard? We work with guides in the Penn State area (in our opinion, two of the best guides anywhere!) to offer fishing on Penns Creek, Fishing Creek and Spring as well as some nice little off the beat and path stuff. Looking for more local, we can take you fishing for brookies in the Allegheny mountains, weaving your way through Caldwell Creek, and any other number of adventures! These trips can also be turned into mini lessons, getting you to a level where you can learn and have fun at the same time.
