These rods are ridiculous! Seriously, they are strong, light and full of power. Line them up with an Elixer line to shoot line and swing streamers, or go with a general trout taper to use one for high stick nymphing. These rods really do offer the best of both worlds. The Helios switch rods are FAST!!! This is almost the exact opposite action of something like the Beulah. This fast action makes them perfect beach rods, and very good at covering distance. If you want to get a rod that will leave no room for excuses, this is the one to look at. Out of all the switch rods we carry, this is the quickest stick!
